Christmas Ornaments
Well, It's almost that time again...I know, Don't say it...I am not even close to thinking of "that" time of year. I swear every year I'm going to do better and be done nice and early, and one more year, it creeps up on me. These are some ornaments that I did for family. It's amazingly easy, just a little floor wax, some glitter and some vinyl. You don't have to have a Cricut or Cameo machine for the vinyl, I did some of these with ordinary Quickutz dies and a Revolution and/or Big Shot cutting table top tool. You can find both on my website at Creativec Cutters Corner & Crafts. Also look in our embellishment section for that Martha Stewart Glitter and also embossing powders for those beautiful cards I know you are going to make.
Happy Crafting....

The Layering Lessons Continue
Vinyl Layering
Well, good morning everyone (at least it's morning where I am) hope this post finds you doing well and being creative. I wish I had more time to do so myself. If the daily "job" (real work) didn't get in the way we could do so much more. The exploration of vinyl with the new Cameo machine is still ongoing. Everyday I learn something new, or some new trick, but boy do I have a long way to go. Here are a few of my newest gifts (good to have family and friends that don't mind being the guinea pig for my projects and their little flaws) The items below are licensed and cannot be sold but were done as gifts so that is ok...
Then I did a few for my cousin and her husband
I hope you are enjoying your craft time...let me know if you need anything. Visit my store at Creative Cutters Corner .

Vinyl Cups Continued...
The Vinyl Obsession Continues
Since first starting working with Vinyl when I received my new Silhouette Cameo, I became obsessed. I am continually learning what not to do and what works best. Don't ever be afraid to ask questions when starting a new craft adventure, if it wasn't for other friends that have a machine and FB groups, I'd definately be lost...oh, and of course, the ever faithful YouTube videos. I personally, found it easier to use vinyl than work with paper. I have yet to cut anything paper on my cameo. I still have my Cricut and some cartridges (have sold about half), so haven't ventured into the paper area yet with the Cameo. Hope you like some of my newest projects, let me know if you have any questions. Be sure and visit my online store (Creative Cutters Corner & Crafts for your basic scrapbooking needs. Lots of sales going on now on Quickutz dies, (red) Tacky Tape, Glue, Embossing glitter, etc...Email me if you have any questions
Also working on baby items...just figured out how to tint the block (of course AFTER I gave this one as a gift)

Vinyl Cups
Vinyl Cups-My Newest Obsession
I love my new Silhouette Cameo, after selling so many, I figured I better try out what I am selling, so I finally did. And I am in LOVE !! I have always used my Cricut and probably will still keep it for some of my favorite Disney, Hello Kitty and Art Philosophy Cartridges, but I do love not having to buy a whole cartridge for one image. And the Cameo cuts the smallest of pieces. I mean some of these "viney swirls" cut out so amazing.
You can buy replacement blades and mats here in my store as well as embellishments and basic supplies for your scrapping needs. I do still sell Cameos for $251, but I order them one at a time since I am an extremely small business and they are expensive to keep in stock. Usually takes me about 3 days to get it then I ship it to you. Just message me at creativecutterscorner.yahoo.com My store link is Creative Cutters Corner
Now on to the pics...
I also made some customized ones with straps for my great niece and nephew. Happy Crafting...more to come..

BABY TIME
BABY TIME
This past weekend a shower was held for a church friend so I tried my hand at putting custom vinyl on a portable baby wipe container. A Cameo was used for the name, and a Cricut was used for the rest. The baby feet were cut using the Cricut New Arrival cartridge and the vinyl was outdoor vinyl. The Circles were cut using the Art Phil. cartridge The back was covered in little feet and dots also.
This coming week will probably be used in starting on Mother's Day cards and projects for the upcoming craft fair at Sango United Methodist Church. Come see us on Saturday May 11th in Clarksville TN and pick up some items.
Custom tumblers will also be available that day as well as other end of the year teachers appreciation gifts.

Wedding Congratulations
Wedding Congratulations
This past weekend we attended the wedding of a lovely bride and her groom. The bride and her family have been friends with ours for many years, in fact, she and her brother were both in my mothers sunday school class (Geez, I think I'm showing my age so we will move on...quickly :)
I made a card for her from one of my favorite stamp sets, Wedding Wishes from Jaded Blossom and did the colors in purple since that was one of her wedding colors. Used a heavy cardstock and some pattern paper that I bought at a local craft store. Added some stickles and small rhinestones
(which you can buy at my store) www.creativecutterscorner.com
I have been hoping to expand my vinyl useage so a friend helped show me how to do a wedding frame for the couple. Hope to many more in the months to come. Aren't friends great testers of our beginning projects! After all, they can't complain if they don't like it since it's a gift...lol Thanks to Erin and Jaime for helping me with this.
Next blog I will be showing a baby vinyl project. Thanks so much for looking. Happy Crafting....Carolyn

Easter Vinyl Bucket
Easter Vinyl Buckets
This weekend was a mixture of weather in my area of the woods, Saturday was cloudy and temperature wise, ok...Sunday was cloudy and 45 when we got up for church then by noon it was 43 and hail...yep, hail...then a torrent of rain. Today is snow, cold and windy. I think the groundhog was just angry someone woke him up so he gave us false hope.
On to the projects....I made my great niece and nephew Easter buckets. I wish the buckets had smooth edges, and you would think that would be easy to find, but it's not. I am still happy with how they came out though.
Supplies: Oracal outdoor vinyl, transfer tape, Cricut cartridges, Hello Kitty, Alphalicious, Plantain Schoolbook, Elegant Edges, Mickey and Friends, and my Cricut cutting machine.
My little niece loves Hello Kitty so of course that is what hers was...
My little nephew is still quite young and not into sports yet, so I had a choice between trucks, cars, and dinosaurs. So I choice trucks. His has 6 different colors of trucks and dots...
A few more Easter posts to come...if I had more time, it would be scary...all these ideas and not enough time to do it all.
Happy Crafting...

Easter Egg Vinyl
Easter Egg Vinyl
I have found a new addiction (Yep, I know...like I really needed one) I'm sure my family will be so thrilled that I have discovered yet another "crafting habit". Vinyl...yep, have had the machines to do it, but was always to chicken to dive in. So I started slow...personalized Easter Eggs, and it is so much fun. I have sold a few but mainly made them for family and friends kids.
If you have ever been scared of trying this, dive right in. I used my Cricut but you can use any cutting machine and expect to explore other options when I buy myself a Cameo (Imagine that, I sell them in my store and didn't keep one for myself-how silly is that!!) You can find mats, blades and other scrapping accessories at my website Creative Cutters Corner
Items used: Cricut, Alphalicious Cartridge, Celebrate with flourish cartridge, and several size hole punches, oracal vinyl and eggs bought at a local store.
I don't waste a single piece of the vinyl, I have bought several punches on sale and now punch every single scrap and store the dots for use later.
Happy Crafting!

Final St Patricks & Easter Treats
Final St Patricks & Easter Treats
I did my first spring craft fair this weekend and it wasn't too bad. Would have made more profit if my husband hadn't bought me a "Miche" purse for my birthday this week. Oh well, still made enough to make it worth my trip there. I'm going to post a bunch of items on this blog post. Alot of them don't have as much bling as I would like due to quanitity that I had to make but sold well as Easter Basket stuffers. Also sold some handmade baby cards and my Magnolia cards which I colored with Copics.
A variety of supplies were used in these projects, but of course, one of my favorite is the Jaded Blossom stamps for Easter. I will mark those pics that used their stamps, they are just amazing! Other items I carry in my online scrapbook supply store, please visit us at Creative Cutters Corner and join our Facebook page and blog too if you aren't a follower, we would sure like to have you. Now on to the fun...

Easter Treats 2
Easter Treats 2
Back again with another Easter Treat...Yes, I know...I do alot of these tube treats, but they are so cute and sell so well at the craft fairs. If I do them for family or close friends children, I do add more "bling". But for mass quantities I keep it more simple.
List of supplies used on this one: Paper and Cardstock by Paper Studios, Stamps and Tag Die by Jaded Blossom, Brach's Robins Eggs Jelly Beans, and Pastel Easter M&M's, Quickutz Die (Chick), Zig Glue, Tacky Tape (On Sale Now) , Orange Momento Ink and 1x8 bags which can be purchased in my store Creative Cutters Corner and some Orange Glitter Tulle I purchased at Hobby Lobby.
A project first will be posted tomorrow. It's so cute (still on a learning curve but think it turned out ok) so check back tomorrow for that item.
Be blessed everyone

Easter Treats #1
Easter Treats #1
Well, I promised to post more treats and was able to take a few pictures last night. Still have 2 more projects to post, and several more to make. Why oh why do I wait until the last minute to do these things for craft fairs...OH I KNOW...I wanted to use the new releases from Jaded Blossom so I got a late start. It was worth the wait though, because this last die they made is now one of my favorites! (Along with several others)
Now on to the project: Of course, Jaded Blossom new Easter Stamp set, and a Quickutz die, 1x8 bags, tacky tape (on sale now), and zig glue which you can find in my online store at Creative Cutters Corner. Sorry the colors didn't turn out as well as I hoped. It is dark chocolate, and pink dotted swiss paper from Hobby Lobby and Pink Glitter Tool from HL too.
I filled half of the tubes with pastel Easter M&M's, and the other half with Brach's Robins Eggs Jelly Beans...
Check tomorrow for another treat...

St. Patricks Day Treats #1
St Patricks Day Treats #1
Hey, everyone...hope everyone is doing well. I have had good intentions on posting more often, but so far I'm not doing such a good job. I have made tons of stuff since Valentines Day but never have posted anything. This item is alittle lacking on the bling, but since I made so many for a craft fair, I didn't bling it up as much as I would like. This is just one of the items that I am making for St. Patricks Day, I hopefully will post more this week. Of course, I used Jaded Blossom stamps, Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge, and 2 Quickutz-Lifestyle Crafts dies which you can find in my store on sale at Creative Cutters Corner
Come see us this Saturday, March 9th from 9:00-3:00 at St. Francis Church in Dover, TN (between the McDonalds and BP). Lots of goodies will be available for your St. Patricks Day Holiday, and of course, for Easter Basket Stuffers for those little ones, and ones for Sunday School and church as well.
Happy Crafting....

Hello Kitty Valentine
Finally finished doing my great niece's valentines last night. I had been looking for the past year for the "Hello Kitty" Cricut cartridge but didn't want to give my firstborn to get it. The prices for used cartridges were just out of this world. I was lucky enough to have someone offer to sell me their cartridge before listing it. Thanks to Candace Palfrey for that referral.
My little niece has always loved "Hello Kitty" so I surprised her by making her Valentines with the new cartridge. She wanted boxes of candy so in order to make it easy, I just cut a shape and attached the box to the back of the Valentine with hot glue (you do know that hot glue and duct tape can do anything). For this project I used:
Cricut Hello Kitty Cartridge
Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge
Silver Stickles
Colored Cardstock
and of course
Jaded Blossom Valentine's Stamps
I have a few more custom Valentines to do tonight then it's on to St. Patricks and Easter stuff for an upcoming craft fair. Come see me in Dover, TN at St. Francis Catholic Church on Saturday March 9th. Custom Easter items will be available. (Of course, I have to wait for my new Easter stamps from Jaded Blossom

Love Is In The Air
Love Is In The Air...Candy Love that is!! Created a few more Valentine Treats that will be for sale and also used for my daughter's bus kids. Just love doing these things. This time however, I used a variety of supplies from more than one stamping provider. So lets get started...
Still have a few more Valentine Treats to make tonight for my wonderful great niece and a few custom orders. Hope you have a blessed day and lots of crafting fun.
This first treat was created using Jaded Blossom Valentines Stamps, the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge, and my white gel pen. So proud of myself for finally figuring out how to use the Bow Easy (thanks to a wonderful You Tube Video) gracious knows I can't do one without it :)
Also used the clear bags and Doodlebug twine that I carry in my store at Creative Cutters Corner
This idea came from a freebie tutorial that I received when I ordered my JB Stamps. So simple and cute.
These pencil treats are a great substitution for people who don't want to give candy too. The stamps I purchased from My Creative Time.
Still have a few more Valentine Treats to make tonight for my wonderful great niece and a few custom orders. Hope you have a blessed day and lots of crafting fun.

Valentine Treats for Alyssa
Valentines Treats for Alyssa
I spent the last few nights and part of this past weekend, working on my little great niece's valentines treats. She likes to assemble them herself so I did one sample and she can do the rest herself. Since they recently relocated to Italy, she has done her room in the black and pink theme. They hope to visit Paris while they are over there, so I did them in the Paris theme. Can't wait to see what she thinks of them. Now on to the project:
Supplies I used are:
Paris Themed Paper from Hobby Lobby Paper Studio Pad Pack
Jaded Blossom Valentines Stamps
Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge
3x5 plastic bags
Hot Glue Gun
Candy
Depending on the topper, the candy I used was Hershey's Kisses, Nerds and Starburst. These are available for sale, with or without candy. Please contact me for details. See us at our upcoming craft fair on March 9th at the St. Francis Catholic Church in Dover, TN St. Patricks Day and Easter items will be available as well as the rose wreaths that have previously been posted on my blog and page.
Hope you enjoyed the project, will be posting my other niece's Lauren's valentines soon. Check out my website for your scrap supply needs. (Cameos, tape, glue, etc...)
Hope you have a blessed day!
